Mark Nelson

Graduating from the University of Leeds, in 1999, and after two years in a London Agency, I started and founded Streamline in 2003. After many years of an amazing journey, I am very proud to lead this business and fantastic team into a post-Covid world of recruitment, Having evolved the business into a solutions business and genuine consultancy, we love to partner with customers and the community to find new opportunities and the best talent. We are all about Change, Technology, and Compliance. Any spare time is spent with my two children and attending games at the Emirates.

I'm really excited to join Streamline and head up the growing US business arm.  During my career I have worked across the whole breadth of the recruitment process.  This includes time in the US on client side international talent acquisition, managing national graduate schemes, as well as securing that elusive headhunt before they reach the open market.  With a background in Tech consulting, I'm well versed in ensuring that our tech is used efficiently to bring you the best results.

I believe in a holistic approach of building long term business partnerships and am always happy to chat with either candidates or stakeholders.  

In my down time I am continually striving to ensure my golf handicap doesn't climb any higher!  I also appreciate a great glass of red wine.
